The Dutch indierockers of Cellophane performed their first set of songs in Nighttown, one of the biggest stages of their hometown of Rotterdam in the year 2002. The dynamics of the songs and the emotional intensity of the music have been their most important features ever since.

Having successfully supported the Canadian band The Dears, playing the Motel Mozaïque festival and a first successful German tour, Cellophane are ready for the next step in their career.

After a few line-up changes, in June of 2006 the band decides to go into the studio to record their debut-album which is set for release early 2007.
